	IAESTE - Student Exchange Program In the course of the IAESTE student exchange program I spent a two months training period at the Laboratory of Thermal Turbomachines of the National Technical University of Athens, Athens, Greece, where I developed a finite element pre-processor to partition unstructured 2D grids for parallel computers. The program was written in Fortran 77 on a DOS platform and offered an event triggered graphical user interface. Sincerest thanks to Prof. Papailiou for this letter of recommendation.
